What can I do if I forget my password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can request a change of password via the login page. You will be asked to enter your registered email address and we will send you a message so you can reset your password.

How do I change or cancel my membership?

If you no longer wish to use our services, you can cancel your membership from your account’s Billing page. The changes will take effect from your next billing date.
